Siamese kitty from Sproatmeyer stamps! Well she looked like a Siamese kitty to me and actually mine (real life kitty but not as posh) is also unfortunately very keen to be “in” my wool whilst I am knitting! The stamp is called Cat with Yarn.
Here is a close up, I just added some pattern and some texture, but kept it all quite simple, so hopefully the only thing dominant was the eyes?
I do have a very very nice friend who like cats, so I think this will be going to her soon! Did simple layering with lawn fawn papers ( I think?!) and added some stash-bling. She actually does crochet, so hopefully she will excuse the yarn-faux-pas! 😀
I hope I get some more cats to colour up soon, I kind of miss the huge amount of cats I used to colour! Perhaps I need to chat to some people who design stamps about it!? For some reason they seem to focus more on the doggos, lol.
