Hi again! Some more inspo for the Dr.Digi’s Mermay Challenge! Here are some brief details but you can find out more on my previous Mermay post AND in the Dr.Digi’s Facebook Group!
I have mer-made Ballroom Brenda into Mermay Brenda! Such a surprise for the Fisherman, tho Brenda seems very relaxed in the arms of a strong man!
Here is what the original digi looks like, actually I just printed the stamp out pale and erased her lower leg! The only tricky bit was covering the lines on the man’s head, so I had to use some paint pen to disguise the stamp’s lines under his hat! Worked out ok in the end!
My partner says it looks like the belly belongs to the fisherman and not the mermaid!! He kinda has a point, lol. Here is a close-up. Polychromos on Buff Cardstock. Lots of paint pen and get pen too.
I didn’t do much fancy with the card bit, just some layering on yellow card stock and a nice patterned paper behind. The rainbow bling is actually from a set of kids stick-on earrings which I thought would make really interesting card bling!
