We are on the the tiniest of rolls and I am back with another card featuring lovely Sweet November Stamps, but this time its a clear stamp from the awesome new “Falling under a Spell” release!
For my card I used the bear and the fox from the Cosy Knit Critters clear stamp set! it was very hard to pick favs, I think I am going to have to find some ideas for the other animals too!

Here is the stamp in the shop –
And here is a close up my version coloured with polychromos on kendal manilla buff cardstock! The sentiment is from the Pumpkin Spice Fairy Stamp Set btw –

I stamped out the sentiment first and then stamped the animals in pale colours so I could add in my own furry lines! Tho tbh the polychromos do cover over black lines pretty well! Originally I was going to stencil leaves at the top and bottom of my topper, but after a small disaster, we just went gold metallic shimmer spray (discontinued product from Stamp Anniething).

For my leaves I used the Hobby Art Falling Leaves Stamp Set (CS086D) and stamped them onto some of the bits I had left from spraying golden shimmer all over the card topper around the animals. You cant really tell in any of my photos (lols, fail!!!) but the topper and the leaves all catch the light in lovely golden hues. I stamped my leaves with distress inks and sorta fussy cut them out. Sorta. ish. not well! lol.
To fit my sentiment I cut out their little paws and smuggled in some coffee cups, they are actually a minature version of the coffee cup being held by Hot Coffee Mouse!

Then I matted things onto some nice autumn coloured card stock and obvs had to add a few gems for the necessary autumn sparkle! Oo and magical glossy accents for the eyes and noses! Considering this card went very wrong indeed at one point, I am very happy with it, surprisingly. It’s got a nice warm autumny feel!
If you bothered to read right down to here, just a personal note. I haven’t really been colouring of making cards now for many months. I have recently been diagnosed with carpal tunnel in both of my wrists and have an ongoing nerve problem in my neck. I am returning to cards tentatively and trying to pace myself a bit better! Also have plenty of boring ongoing health things occurring but I think the break made me appreciate how much I love colouring again. Hopeful can pick up form soon, I feel so rusty!
