Apologies if you subscribe to my blog and you are seeing this a second time, I am re-blogging this card/lesson because facebook took issue with it and I couldn’t promote it online! So doing it again, now! 😀
Happy National Mud Pack Day! It’s my end of September Zany Holiday Pencil course! And we cover A LOT of texture in this class! And some cucumber, lol!

In this course we cover all that towel texture, it’s a great expanse, but often that’s what adding texture is about, and in pencils it requires a little stamina! Also we add some “face mask” to our normal skin blends, and finally come very shiny wet cucumber slices. (Which incidentally isn’t a good thing, apparently the outside of a cucumber holds much bacteria and if you don’t wash it well before use, you can get a nasty eye infection. lol, I know, too much info??!)

After colouring we mask off our spa-girl and stencil on some bamboo canes! It feels brave risking our finished piece underneath the stencil, but I show you how I use velum to mask it off. Then make up our topper to make this cute zesty supportive card! You can see the pencils and materials I use before taking the course.
Remember you also get a code to use in the shop, so if you want to buy the new bamboo stencil, make sure to use the code!

This is the pencil recipe I used for colouring her up –
Cucumber – 101, 104, 163, 171, 267
Skin, Mouth, Lips – 101, 109, 132, 177, 187, 190, 225
Mudpack – 101, 132, 190, 271, 274
Towel – 101, 271 or 272, 274
Hair – 101, 177, 187, 190,

Courses are all £18 or $20 and you can save money by subscribing! Thanks for joining me for another course post! Seems weird there are only 3 left this year! Hope you are enjoying them!
