My Dearest Jane

Just a quick blog post to share the collage card I made with some of the freebie papers that came with this issue of Making Cards Magazine. The collection was called “My Dearest Jane” and was kindly shared by The Relatively Thoughtful Team.

I was really inspired by the beautiful DT cards made by Karolina, Monika and Malgorzata! And thought I would make it immediately, whilst the thought was in my head, I don’t normally get round to making all my ideas, so I went with doing it – NOW!

I printed out my own sentiment to match the papers, and I borrowed some elements from a Stamperia 8×8 set that I was also playing with. (Will blog those cards shortly I hope!) The flowers were from the stash, as were the pearly bits and hearts. Everything else was in the Magazine! 🙂
