Have been very inspired recently in the Dr.Digi’s Facebook Group to try out a “cropped” digi (Thank you Karen Claus) so this is just the top part of the lovely new Noreen’s Neighbourly Natter Stamp, as I needed a doggo but not catto! Catto? Sounds weird, lol.

I didn’t love the card when I finished it, then I had tech problems, then doom and more doom and now I think it’s ok again 🙂 I am glad I have learnt previously never to bin-it first time you think it! 😀
Here is the full digi in the shop –
And here is a close up of my version –

It’s quite simple idea, quite quick to colour and she has the perfect blouse to add a pattern to, if you fancy it. Perfect for a “thank you” make 🙂
I layered her up with some freebie magazine papers as I would really like to whittle down my paper stash to something a bit more usable.
I have so many paper based resources from the days of making commissioned cards, whilst it made sense then, now not so much! I find myself heading for my lovely new 6×6 pads, I don’t want to wade through all my use 12×12 boxes, or my magazine paper folders…
Not only am I lazy but trends change don’t they? On one of my other cards recently I used a paper I had purchased practically the first month I began card making. It felt kind of historic and momentous, lol.

I also used some of my current Concord and 9th gem stash for my corners and btw, she is a HUGE 8×8 card, cos I have lots of those blanks to use up too! You can tell the kind of craft mode I am in can’t you? 😉 See you soon!
