The Pod Squad

It’s time for the next Instahop from Sweet November Stamps and this month’s theme is “Tails from the Sea”. Here is the official hop blurb, or just head straight to Instagram, click my hop post and go from there!

I was super lucky to pick the set called “The Pod Squad” and it was so much fun to use. Obviously I need to use ALL OF THEM AT ONCE and couldn’t pick just one! I wanted to try something a bit different this time, carrying on from ideas I used in my last mermaid colouring.

I am writing this pre-release, so please check out the shop to see the stamp set I used, it’s called “The Pod Squad.” Here is a close up of my version. I used Kendal Manilla Buff Cardstock and Polychromo pencils. I also used a white and pink posca paint pens and a white gel pen. I stamped things lightly so I could use a no-lines colouring style.

I mounted my finished topper onto papers from the stash, one from Making Cards Magazine from the Cocktail Time Set and the other from a pad called “Retro Feelings” from Crafty Sensations (From The Range?). Then I added some sequins and glittery stickles.

Hope you find time to take part in the hop. It really is a super talented design team, there will be lots of lovely cards to look at, and tonnes of inspo for the super new stamps, so not a hardship to look through, lol 🙂 Good luck!
