Happy Vals Day folks! This is the newly released “Vertical Valentines” from Dr.Digi’s and yes, I will be using this card myself! 🙂
Here is what the stamp looks like in the shop! Dr.Digi has done some handy lines in the balloons, so you can colour them to be nicely transparent!
And here is a close up of my version! I love colouring balloons, though it can be hard to get a smooth enough blend to suggest they are… rubbery? lol. This is polychromo pencils on Kendal Manilla Buff cardstock.
For my greeting I used one from the Valentines Sentiment Set and for my backing paper I used a paper from the Hearts Backing Paper Set.
To make up my card front I used the Joy Crafts Cloud Die Set in several different papers and shades. Rather than add more bling, I added some glossy accents to the heart in the sentiment I used.
