And here is a close up of my version. She is coloured with polychromo pencils on Kendal Manilla Buff Cardstock. I also used some white posca pen for highlights –
For my card I also printed out a custom red and green version of the New Wave Backing Paper set. I recolour it on the PC to match my topper, print it out onto 300gsm cardstock and then make it up into a coloured card blank, adding my topper with 3D foam.
One of the reasons I recolour backing papers is because I use kraft card to colour onto. If there is white in the background paper it can really distract from the slighty-muted colouring, if I colour onto white paper, there are no probs with printing out backing paper with white bits!
I finished my card with some rounded corner scissors and then some bling from the stash! I decided it has a rather pizza-like aesthetic, lol! See you soon for more crayoning! 😀
