Durango the Cattledog

Sometimes I am very very lucky and I get some Sweet November digistamps to colour up! This is Durango the Cattledog, from the second Dog Park Collection! (I did a group of dogs using them stamps from the last dog park set here.)

Here is what the digistamp looks like in the shop –

I went and found some reference pics to help me colour him up, aiming for a semi realistic finish. I used polychromo pencils and some white posca pen for eye highlights. It was a very simple colour palette but I think it worked out ok. I popped him onto a card using background papers from the stash! (Graphic 45 and Joy Crafts)
