Lets head to the beach?

Hey All! I am in a beachy waves kinda mood (rather than damp frizz) so I decided to snag the “Always Sea Life’s Beauty Digistamp” and make up a simple stencil-pencil background for her! (This Digi is from the Stamp Anniething Summer Event earlier this year)

And here is a close up of my version. I used polychromo pencils on Kendal Manilla Buff Cardstock –

For my background I just used the pencils (and later a touch of white posca pen and some stickles glitter glue) through two Stamp Anniething Builder Stencils – Pier and Beach Stencil Builders. It made for a super simple no artistic talent needed scenery! Phew!

When I had finished my topper I mounted it onto some purple and orange paper from the Lets Get Wild Paper Pad. I used 3D foam under the purple layer to give some added interest.

I finished off the card with some stickles and white posca pen and decided it didn’t need anymore!

Thanks for joining me today! I have been pretty ill for 3 weeks so it did me good to make something so bright and cheery! Here’s to feeling better this week and being awesome, lol.
