Sooooooo excited! New release from Sweet November Stamps and I got to play with Robots Vs Aliens! Aren’t they awesome???? Plus they are digital so super easy to turn into a scene? Action sequence? Card with mild peril!!! All of those things!!! 🙂
Soooo, they are separate stamps so you can just purchase the bits you want to play with and then build the scene/card you are after!
I wanted to make a miniature alien army so I used Alien 3 with and without shirt to build that. Then I used Robot QT 2&3 to make my escaping robots and then finally the moon surface from the Background Builder and Sentiment Set! Here is what they look like in the shop –
Obviously I used Polychromo Pencils to colour my scene, on kraft cardstock. I used white posca pen and a micron pen to add some black and white highlights. I haven’t made it up yet because I can’t decide if it’s finished??? what sparkle to add??? or whether to just cut it out and use a galaxy/night sky paper behind, what do you think?
I really enjoyed doing this, can you tell? My friend Norman FORCED me to give the aliens mohawks, so please blame her for that addition! Actually, they worked out kinda great I think, lol!
Just want to thank Amy and Tee for having me GDT for this release. As normal I have SO MANY ideas for things to do with this set and I wish so much I could colour a wee bit faster to cram all those ideas into my day! 🙂 Hopefully I can make some decisions on how to finish this off and share a finished card soon! 🙂
