Oscar and Oksanna

Had in an 80th commission for an owl themed card and Oscar and Oksanna, digistamp from Dr.Digi, were the perfect fit! Customer was very happy with the card I am pleased to say, and as normal I thoroughly enjoyed colouring up all those feathers!

And here is a close up of my version, I used polychromo pencils as normal and then for white highlights I used my posca pen and a white gel pen.

I used my own backing papers from the stash for this one and some of my own sentiments too, I wanted it to be personalised for my customer. Main font is Troutkings BTN. Bling was from Paperchase and Papermania.

Hoping Eileen likes this, apparently she is a “Brown Owl” so I’m guessing she is ok with anything owly! They were fun to colour up, and I referred to some photos of real life owls to help me pick my colour choices and patterns.
