Excited to share my first colour up of one of the new Adorosaurs from Dr.Digi! Keep an eye on this growing collection! This is Tony the T-Rex and I did a bit of a merge with the Tea Cup digistamp too.

And here is what the digistamp looked like before I submerged it –

And here is my version, inside the Tea Cup, close up. I used polychromo pencils on kraft card. I was aiming for a glass cup and saucer, it was a bit tricky, and I bet a china cup and saucer would have been just as nice! lol!

I used software on my PC to mix the stamps together. I then sent a copy of my idea to Dr.Digi to see if it was ok to use. If you are doing to alter a stamp, and share pictures online, it’s always a good etiquette to ask the artist if it’s ok! Luckily Dr.Digi said it was, so I coloured him up….Tony, not Dr. Digi. lol!

I used the green version of the Mugs Backing Paper Set for my card blank and bling from the stash for the corners. I made highlights with my posca pen and my white brush Faber Castell Pen.

The font is East Coast Stationery, one of my favs.

I am always completely fascinated by Dinosaurs having feathers so I couldn’t resist! And I admit, he went through several colour schemes before ending up at this one. For a long time he looks like he was wearing a giant novelty sweater…. might do that next time, lol!
