It’s all about Spain!

I cannot resist a flamenco dress, who knew? I love Sofia–Flamenco from the new Spanish Release at Stamp Anniething! I am not sure my body would look so fabulous in this dress though, lol!

This is what the stamp looks like in the shop –

I coloured her with polychromo pencils and a couple of dots of white posca pen. The paper I am using is the Kendal Manilla Buff available in the Stamp Anniething shop. And here is a close up of my version –

As she is a real stamp, not a digi, she was actually on quite a small scale for me, so I didn’t add much pattern or texture to the image, I was tempted to make the dress sparkly, but spotted my Friend (and DT member) Betty had already done an awesome blingy dress herself!

For my papers I used two different packs, the giraffe paper from the Let’s Get Wild pack, cos I thought it looked a bit like spanish paving stones, lol, and the dark red spotty paper from the Summer Tropics Pack. The bling was from the Nebula Sky Enamel Dot back and the ribbon was from the stash!

Thanks for joining me for a bit of something Spanish! Making this card made me realise how little Spanish influence I have in my life and how much I would like to change that! Hope you feel inspired to do a bit of colouring, dancing or buy some maracas!
