Curiouser and Curiouser

Good Morning! It’s another Dr.Digi Friyay and today we are celebrating with a very Comfy Caterpillar!

Here is what the digistamp looks like in the shop –

As normal it’s all polychromo’s on kraft card and some spots of white posca pen and faber castell pitt pen.

I was inspired by some of the older illustrations of the caterpillar in the Alice story books to colour him blue.

For my backing paper I recoloured the jammy dodgers paper from the Tea and Bickies set, so the background was turquoisey blue not red.

Really enjoyed colouring this chap, even doing a bit of research on how hookah pipes work to I could colour it as accurately as possible, lol.
