Very excited to finally share my new colouring course to celebrate –
National Chocolate Soufflé Day
which is on 28th Feb! I know, who’d have thought it? 😀 You don’t have to wait though, you can access the course now!

This time we will be focusing on golden skin, blue black hair, white on white colouring and soufflé texture. To look at the extra details or to book your course, please click here! ( You will need to create an account and login unless you have already done so.)
If you want to do a one off lesson, that’s fine, it’s $24, but if you subscribe you can get the courses for $18 a month.
If you are not sure if you have the right stuff to make full use of the course each course comes with a worksheet you can view before you commit to taking the course so you can see all the kit I used, the Stamp Anniething products I used and the pencils I used to colour up the digistamp. The digistamp is the only item sent to you after you have paid, but you also get a 10% off voucher for the Stamp Anniething shop to purchase any of the products I used. You can definitely join in with your own stash should you not feel spendy.
Once you have joined the color youniversity (just to gain a login, no spend needed) you can click here to see the full materials list.

I teach my classes using polychromo pencils, they are oil pencils and do work slightly differently to wax pencils (like prismacolours) but I do provide a conversion chart for the pencils I use (polychromo – prisma) and particuarly this course uses gentle layers to build the colours, so will work well for wax pencils too.
Conversion Chart is here, scroll if it’s not immediately visible!

You can find the list of my pencil colours in the worksheet that is available on the course details here. I try and use mainly the pencils in the 24 polychromo tin, plus 132, beige red. In this course I do use a couple of other pencils, but they aren’t essential and you can happily do without.

I use quite a few Stamp Anniething products when I make up the card, remember you can get a discount on those products once you have registered for the course (or if you have already subscribed, from the renew date at the end of the month). For the background of my card I used Stamp Anniething Hybrid Inks through the newly released “Utensil Stencil“. I dunno why but that made me chuckle, we like a good rhyme, lol. The stencil would team up great with the Retro Kitchen Paper Pack, I used some blue spotty paper from it for this make, but it’s got some super patterned papers that match this theme and stencil so well!

I am loving the abstract splatter bands die set too, definitely going to be using this lots! And it’s a great size for my favourite 6×6 square cards! I feel so lucky to have lots of the clay sprinkles to use, I like picking bits out of them to use instead of my normal enamel or gem embellishments. The Perfect Blend Sprinkle Mix is delicious, can’t wait to also use it on a coffee themed card too!

So enough of the chatter and photos! Any questions about the course, or the card, or just colouring in general, feel free to leave me a message here or drop me an email – eekbob1@hotmail.com
