Yeeeehawwww!

In the distant past I may have done a live using stamps from the Socialites Bundle, do you remember that far back?

In it my main aim was to do a combo stamp, mixing the top part of the Queen stamp with the legs of the King stamp to make a Western/Cowboy Bar Girl! And as she needed a setting, we chatted about using wood textures to make a background.

You will need to be a part of the Stamp Anniething Stampers group on Facebook to view the video.

And normally I finish my image the following day and upload it into the group but erm….. that never happened…. it’s been sitting in my “to finish” pile for centuries and FINALLY I got round to finishing her and thoroughly enjoyed it in the end! Here she is –

So these are the two stamps in the Bundle that I used. I removed a portion of her skirt and just stamped his legs in the gap, sounds a bit inappropriate, lol, sorry! There are a few kits left in the shop I think, such a great kit, I made loads of cards using mine!

Here is a close up of the Bar Girl, coloured with Polychromo Pencils as usual and I added some paper flowers to her hair. I also coloured in the bar scene we sketched out and started during the live, mainly using different wood patterns.

I snuck in a it of extra detail for lols and added a few Wanted Posters on the back wall, here is a zoom in of them –

I added a greeting in PT Barnum Font and made her up using some wood patterned cardstock from the stash!

Thanks for joining me for a bit of a mad creation! I had a great time though, I love doing wood technique and a whole scene of it was a bit of a challenge!
