A very specific card, as requested by my friend, for her to give to her Dad. He is a big fan of science fiction novels and an author himself. His favourite author is E.E. Smith so I made a background by compiling the images from covers and then printed a small passage from one of the stories on to vellum. This item is/was not for sale.
The stamp is from Sheena Douglass and is called “Mystery Author”. I’m not keen to use her stamps anymore but it seems daft to buy another typewriter stamp! I printed out the text first, then stamped over the top of it to get a good placement.
