I fit I sit

I often feel like I don’t have enough time to colour up my own digistamps. I can’t do anything “fast” with pencils and I’m not flexible when it comes to “when things are finished”. Obviously you make time for whatever you prioritise, and the amount of time is up to you! So yes, I do one, but know the other! Yesterday I decided for just one evening I would have a break from colouring other people’s art and tackle my new release digi – I fit I sit! His expression appealed to me, he deserved a good pencil colouring!

I had a few new brown pencils to try out, expanding my colour options, and this was a fab way to try them all! So many brown tones in this. I also made a little hole in his mouth so I could slide a real feather into it, to go with my sentiment. Inside the card it says “So I ate it!” 😀 (Thank you Fiki for the inspo!)
